Using this site

You are welcome to read, link to and share anything on The Ox League's site. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, and do not try to reach the admin area.

Scores, statistics and schedules

We enter results by hand and we get things wrong sometimes. Everything here is provided as-is. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it — but do not rely on this site as an official record for anything that matters.

Tickets and entry

Tickets are sold through Square, and Square's terms cover the purchase itself. Putting your name on a game's signup list reserves a place at the door; it is not a payment and it is not a guarantee of entry if a venue reaches capacity. We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave for behaviour that puts other people at risk.

Refunds

If a game is cancelled we will say so on the schedule page and arrange refunds through Square. For anything else, write to us and we will deal with it case by case.

Photography and broadcast

Our games are photographed and streamed. If you attend, you may appear in that footage. If you would rather not, speak to us at the venue and we will do what we reasonably can.

Your content

If you send us photographs or written material for the site, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to publish it here and on our social accounts. Tell us if you want it taken down.

Arcade

The arcade game is for fun. Leaderboard entries that are obviously fabricated get removed, and we are not going to arbitrate disputes about them.
